Waterfront, Calgary

A phased, multi-building condo community on the Bow River, on the former Greyhound bus barns site.

Waterfront is one of the largest condo communities in Calgary, built over about a decade on the old Greyhound bus barns beside the Bow River. Its buildings share a landscaped courtyard and sit on the river pathway, a few minutes' walk from Prince's Island Park, Chinatown and the Downtown core. The Calgary Herald reported in 2013 that the Outlook building included penthouses, sub-penthouses and townhouses.
