Elevate Realty Group is an Alberta real estate team with Real Broker, led by founding partner Paul Paiva, who has worked in Alberta real estate since 2008. In Calgary, the team's REALTOR® is Crystal Quan. Paul Paiva
Born and raised in Edmonton, Paul started in real estate in 2008 as a mortgage specialist, helping buyers and homeowners with mortgages, debt consolidation and financing. He then worked with a home builder, learning how homes are put together from the ground up, before building Elevate Realty Group.
That mix of financing and construction experience shapes how the team approaches condos: the numbers behind a purchase, the building itself, and the condo documents that show whether it is well run. Integrity and straight answers are the standard he holds the team to.

How We Research This Site
- Two sources for every building fact. Storeys, units, year built, developers and architects on our building guides are checked against at least two independent sources, such as City of Calgary records, heritage registers, news reports and architects' own pages. Anything with a single source is labelled as such.
- Official data, clearly labelled. Market figures come from the Calgary Real Estate Board and other published sources; property values come from City of Calgary assessment data and are always labelled as assessments, not sale prices.
- Sources on every page. Each guide lists the pages its facts come from, so you can check them yourself.
- No other brokerages. We don't link to other agents' or brokerages' listings or sales sites.
- Updated regularly. Market reports are published monthly, and guides are re-checked when rules or data change.
